- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

- The customer is liable for the return shipping costs of the items.

- Please ensure all returned items are well packaged so they aren't damaged during the returns process.

If one or more of the returns guidelines are not met, the return will not be approved.

Please include your order number inside your parcel, either on the provided return slip or written clearly on a note. Failure to do so may result in a longer processing time.

3. Allow us time to process your return
Once your parcel arrives with us, please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed and your refund to be initiated. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
