Where is my order
- Tracking numbers are included in the shipping confirmation email that is sent after an order is processed. You can use your tracking number to get updates on your order. We can't provide any further information, apart from what the tracking information shows, once we have shipped the parcel.
Do you charge for returns
- Customers must pay for the return shipping fee. Once we receive the return we will provide a full refund of the initial payment amount excluding international shipping fees. Checkout our returns policy if you have any queries regarding returns.
